Divorced in April. I’m active in basketball 3x a week and pickleball 5x a week. Downhill skiing is fun if you have snow and a partner. All of my individual photos are from this year. I’m a conservative, opposed to gun control and most abortions. If you’re a dyed in the wool Progressive, please pass me by, I’m vaccinated, but you can choose for yourself. Religion and politics are personal (trying to convince somebody to change is a waste of time). I graduated from Oregon State University and the University of Oregon Law School. My favorite classes in college were meat cutting and landscape architecture. I’m an attorney, but almost fully retired. While in college, I spent two terms in London and Paris and then 4 of us toured Europe for a couple of weeks (in a VW bug) before returning home. I enjoy cruises, spontaneous day trips, card games, chess, and working in the yard. I love dogs and have had one most of my life. I was raised in a small town in Oregon and still live on an acre of land. Although I’m a night owl, I don’t mind getting up early if there’s a purpose. The best times on the Oregon coast are during a big storm with waves crashing. Being a father (of 4) and grandfather (of 9) are the most important things in my life. Holding hands, cuddling, and slow dancing are way under-rated. Being honest and a good communicator are important. But I’m a man, so intuition is not one of my strong suits. Therefore, actively telling me what your absolute boundaries are would be helpful. A sense of humor is a must, as is washing your hands after using the restroom (LOL). Favorite TV show: Everybody Loves Raymond. Favorite music: Classic Rock & Roll, the Beatles, and Country I have fond memories of hunting in Eastern Oregon. I have 6 season tickets to Oregon State football and have great fun attending with family and friends. I own a saddle but not a horse (although I do have a couple of great horseback stories). For me, life is a glass half full, not half empty, and we should take advantage of every opportunity that God sends our way.
