Have had the very good fortune of traveling all over the US and Mexico professionally, and have realized that Texas is deeply rooted in my soul. Five previous generations of Texas cowboys taught me about manhood, and they remain my heroes.
I live in the country by choice, and am fulfilled daily by nature. I am an artist, writer, wood carver, and believe in Zen and the art of tractor maintenance. If the latter makes you envision a redneck grease monkey, then you obviously are not connected to the demands that Mother Nature places on you when dwell outside of the city.
I have worked in social services for seniors because I am attracted to older people that can still find humor in life. My curiosity keeps me exploring new things, and my sensitivity keeps me loving the well-known places of my life. If you are a woman that enjoys sharing her knowledge, you have found a willing pupil, and one that is eager to share his experience and insights.
