I have lived on farms and ranches my whole life, wheat, cattle and hay. I love waking to the hum of balers, and walking in the hayfields at dawn and dusk. I have many memories of eating lunch sitting on coolers in the shade of a combine, hearing all the old stories again, and driving in from the wheat fields with my family, the dust settling as the sun went down.
