I turned my downstairs bedrooms into a separate dwelling of which I rent out . This has made me financially able to remain in my home of 24 yrs. Unfortunately it makes my property not desirable to own a horse again. I run a Hair Salon out of my home also. I am self-sufficient and not looking for someone to take care of me.
