My value system is left of center. I abhor the fractured political and social arenas in contemporary Americacana. I challenge all citizens to reevaluate their political, social, philosophical, ethical as well as economic perspectives in an effort to mitigate Trump's reign of terror. Let us find the semblance of a moral center once more. American history has exhibited a pattern of coming to the edge of the abyss, stepping away at the last moment by initiating patchwork repairs and returning to a misperceived sense of normalcy. I posit that approach is now untenable. We must embrace substantial change if our Union and the world at large hope to see the dawn of the 23 rd Century. I invite my Independent and Republican colleagues to join with us in this struggle to survive.

After that diatribe, my continued participation in this horrid online dating ritual is focused on finding an especial woman with whom I can experience renewed meaning and purpose in this life. I have confronted the twin spectres of loneliness and isolation for far too long. I long to experience the touch and inhale the scent of a woman once again. Mine is a search for a reason to believe. I yearn for love, romance and passion once more. It is a simple request to love and be loved for the remains of my days.
