For those who believe there is meaning lying within astrological signs, I am a pretty typical Piscean. (I am personally still somewhat skeptical about astrology!) Perhaps the greatest reflection of the sign in me is of the two fish pulling in opposite directions; I am ultimately a mass of contradictory traits... I am an old-fashioned gal in many ways, yet not in many others. I am out-going and friendly, but also shy and retiring. I am adventuresome to an extent, yet cautious. I am worldly wise and stunningly naïve. By nature I am trusting, but by experience now distrustful and wary. I value humour highly, but can fall prey to being overly serious. I enjoy learning new things, but also love teaching others. I enjoy the cultural offerings of a city, but my soul craves nature and the country.

I am looking for someone to share life with for this next part of the 'journey'. I can be alone but am tired of being lonely. I love animals of all sorts (however unwilling to feed the ones that require live food - eep!). The older I get the more I believe that 'doing the right thing' is of utmost importance in life, and that morals and ethics are non-negotiable attributes in people with whom one spends time. I seek simplicity and detest drama, and if it were possible would live in 1964 Mayberry. You've probably never met anybody quite like me - and for the most part, that is a positive thing! :)
