I love literature (particularly American), food (specifically the bounty Oregon has to offer) and nature (anywhere strikingly beautiful and remote).I know I'm not a farmer. But I have spent time on many farms and I love the people, the atmosphere and, of course, the food!I'm an artisan baker living in Portland who has a very strong interest in sustainable, small family farms.
