I am a fit and young 70 year old. Like travel and have just returned from Viet Nam and Thailand, a most enjoyable experience, will travel Europe next NZ Winter, i like the warmth so enjoy NZ very much summerwise. I paint, landscapes and portraits and enjoy my garden, my property is on the Richmond hills so i get a great view, and enjoy the locale.
I am fairly quiet, but have my moments, enjoy company with a nice bottle of local wine . I have been a private pilot and in my early days been in the military, held good supervising jobs and very much enjoying retirement. My son has bought me a set of drums, havnt played for 45 years so that is going to be fun ha ha, dance and rock bands of way back, still like the music. I guess this sums me up, i grin every time read it....growing old is inevitable, growing up is optional,age is mind over mater. If you dont mind it doesnt matter. THATS ME.
