If a woman wanted a man who has a plan, I have two. I retired knowing what I love about being outside and not in the city circle. I am sure I have found a nice area to build in and have even cleared and organizing for a custom country cottage homestead project here first and second in Wailuku where I have interests.

Most women lose interest about here in the conversation, as this project requires a tomboy spirit in good health, ready to get dirty. Even now there is already a fair amount of dirt moving going on but...In the end it will be paid for, how unusual? How many people can say that now days, lol.

I'm retired and secured enough to take time to evolve my desires to build and then hop back and forth between Maui and Washington enjoying them both so she has to desire a vacation once and a while too.

I don't really have any BAD habits. I do not do tabacco products at all. Sometimes I adjust my attitude and a beer but I'm just too busy for that to be important, hopefully she has a work first headspace....being we will snowbird in December in Maui. If you can enjoy a country build and living on a mellow level, enjoy being outside and even landscapeing and Harleys, say hello to Ronn...you'll never know until you try.
