At 48, the last thing I thought I would be doing is looking for some to share the rest of my life with. I am a mini- farmer, if you will. I have goats, chickens, ducks & rabbits. My kids have been in 4H for almost 15 years between the 2 youngest. I am very much devoted to my 3 kids. Only 1 remains at home and he keeps me busy. I am an avid reader & enjoy quiet evenings on the porch with my book. I enjoy the occasional adult beverage. Fall is one of my favorite time of year, but I also love sitting on the beach watching the waves and reading my book. I wouldn't say that I am too adventurous when it comes to food. I'm a country girl and i like country cooking. I love to cook and recently started trying out new recipes. I also enjoy gardening and canning in the summer. I am a very independent woman & I don't generally hold back. I'm past the partying stage, in my life. I want calm, rides on the back roads & spending time with loved ones. I am now realizing that I am worth more than I ever thought I was & I will wait for the man that sees that worth.
I'm looking for someone who is trustworthy. Trust is hard for me because of issues in my previous relationship. I want someone I can just sit & have a conversation with or just sit together. I wouldn't say I have a "type". If you care about me & you treat my kids good, i would say that is my "type".
