I am 64 years old and have been a widow for 5 years now. I moved to Pennsylvania a year ago, from Virginia, to live near my daughter. I've always enjoyed all the things about country life. I had a farm and loved that kind of life. I like to cook and bake. I enjoy gardening and taking care of my yard. I love taking care of my flower beds and creating beauty in and around my home. I'm looking for people with common interests to talk with. I really am not into travel much. I'm a bit of a home body but I did really enjoy trips to Texas to the annual Paint Horse shows. I'm not much into things like concerts and musicals unless it is Country music but willing to explore. I like to watch rodeo and some Nascar. I enjoyed and miss my barn with my horses, miniature donkey and kittens. I have more in common with country folks.....find I have more to talk about with them but since I just moved here I haven't met that many yet. I like to keep busy. I'm artistic and creative and I love making my home a place I love to come home to. I love the peace and quiet of country life. I'm not into drama of any kind and not interested in creating it. I respect all people and expect them to do the same for me. I'm very easy going. I'm a kind, compassionate, strong, independent woman. I enjoy the little things in life....the singing of the birds, watching things grow, and just having someone to be with who has some common likes and enjoys being with me. I prefer a pickup truck to a car and a tractor is even better! I just like to have fun with positive people and can get along with almost everyone.
