Well, hi there! You can stop the endless scrolling because I have arrived!
I would describe myself as a down to earth, even tempered sort of person who occasionally finds humor in the ridiculous.
I'm originally from California, and have lived several places throughout the country. I'm really a great mix of city girl/country girl.
I consider myself a homebody, who takes pride and enjoys caring for a home and family. I enjoy cuddling up on a couch with a warm drink and watching NFL football, James Bond movies and Project Runway (in no particular order). I also occasionally enjoy going out on date nights that might consist of pizza and a high school football game, or a dinner and a movie or music event. I have an eclectic taste of entertainment favorites.
I enjoy traveling, both domestically and abroad. I've been to many states, and several countries and often find the best adventures are "off the beaten path". I've always enjoyed peoples, and cultures, which is probably why I got an A in sociology! My bucket list is long of places I'd like to go. Care to join me?
I have three grown children who are all out living their best lives all over the world (did I mention travel?).
What am I looking for? A man who is between the ages of 50-65 divorced, widowed, or never married are all okay. Separated or married currently not okay. I'm seeking a monogamous long term relationship (marriage optional). Somebody who has grown or nearly grown children would align with where I am in life. Having grandchildren would be a bonus!
I'd like to find someone who is kind, open-minded, even tempered, and trustworthy. A good sense of humor and an optimistic outlook are positives too. I'm relatively fit and would like to find a partner who enjoys some activities like biking, hiking or taking walks, swimming, etc.
