I Would Describe Myself As

I'm currently doing a year-long road trip across and around the United States, so if I'm not where you are now I may be there soon! I'm scheduled to be in Texas until the middle of February 2014. How would I describe myself in one word? Hmmm -- OXYMORON! For instance: Sweetness with spice; delicate flower with a sturdy stem; silver-haired yet young-minded; a fabulously festive, feisty, fun-loving, passionate semi-diva (note the little 'd') with a heart of gold and a zest for life! "She's truly bubbling champagne in a crystal glass, and without her things would be merely flat beer in a plastic cup"! I'll describe what I'm looking for in one word: MENSCH! Now, of course, we can detail that into warm, caring, fun, dependable, gentleman, witty, charming, generous, adventurous, understanding, at home in all situations and with all types of people, a fabulous host and, dare I say, sexy as hell! Phew! Does all that exist in one mortal man and not just in my heart's fantasy? I believe so! How can I say that I want the whole package -- my best friend, my soulmate, my beshert -- without sounding corny and like everyone else? If you understand how festive banter is an aphrodesiac, and agree that the Super Bowl is your favorite "holiday" of the year, then I'd love to meet you! Extra points if you love the water. "Double-dog" extra points if you have a boat!

Although I grew up as a city girl, I have an amazing way with chickens and horses, as well as dogs and cats. And I must say...there's something special about a man in jeans, boots and a crisp white shirt.
