I Would Describe Myself As

Physically I am fair skinned (palest person youll ever meet?) and Im a little bit on the heavier side (tho I lost 80 pounds last year!)

Im a bit shy until I get to know you. Then I can be very talkative and like to joke and laugh. (Although I am very serious when it comes to issues that matter to me.)

I like to walk nature trails and I care deeply about nature conservation. DEEPLY. (If you dont care about our environment or reversing the effects of climate change, MOVE ON.)

Currently Im unemployed but will hopefully find a new job soon. (The job market sure is bad right now for someone with a bad back.)

I am disabled and that does affect large aspects of my life. But I try to stay mobile and healthy and am working to improve my health in everyway that I can.
I also live with my mother, who is very important to me.

In my spare time I like to write, read, watch any number of shows and movies, or relax with a good video game.

I have never dated a farmer before, although I did grow up with my grandfather who is an agriculture scientist. So, Although I can not say Im a farmer myself, I do know how to shuck corn and have stepped in a fair amount of pies.
I honestly do not know if a nice country boy would want to date a soft nerd like myself but theres no harm in looking!

As for what I'm looking for;

I would like to find a man who is kind and good humored, but knows when to be serious when the moment calls for it.

He would be someone who either likes to talk a lot for a long time or is amenable to listening.
(I love talking about anything and everything most of the time. My current obsession is nature conservation and learning about our planet.)

He has a good relationship with his mother and treats women with respect and dignity.
Also, is respectful of all people, no matter race, gender, religion, or sexuality.
(I wont f*#% a bigot. So move along.)

And is someone who would someday like to travel. (I'm not a world traveler by any means. But I would love to see as many national forests as I can before Im old. And would love to see a few lovely places across the world.)
