Fit and strong and always doing something , I prefer being outside building on my land or taking care of garden and animals but can't wait for time with someone on snowy days by the fireplace and sharing time with a like minded person with all the projects I have left to do. I still actively work for people doing remodel and repair projects, but sense the slowing of this and enjoying the fruit of what I have accomplished to this point . I enjoy raising my own food and cooking, especially having someone to share it all with. I feed the birds and deer and try to be home to watch as many sunsets as possible. I enjoy the study of native cultures and participate in sweat lodges and Sundance. Honesty , truth in a persons words are at the top of my list of personal qualities, willingness to try new things and teach me about you is also key. Communication is something I have been told I'm not so good at but am always willing to learn if I have a good teacher. I will shower the right person with love and gifts (maybe a feather, maybe a sparkly rock, maybe a trip to ? ) I will open my home to you, I will care for you, I will make you laugh and will wipe tears of joy from both our faces. Oh, one more thing, I have a steep curvy driveway that requires 4 wheel drive. I also cut about 16 pickup loads of wood each fall to heat the house, this is so much better when done with 2 people, you even get your own chain saw. Since it's winter, probably a great meal of veggies from the garden and a pan full of fried chicken or deer steaks, then sit by the fireplace and talk for hours about ourselves, feeling like we knew each other from a life past and having that wonderful feeling as the night ends.
