I am a Past President of the Air Cadet League of Canada and have held every position over a span of over 50 years. I addition I am a Life Member of the Royal Canadian Legion, serving over for 50 years. I was the President of Branch 6 in Thunder Bay for 12 years and served on the Provincial Committee for Mannitoba/NWO for 4 years. I have been awarded two medals from the Queen and a citation from National Defence for my service with Air Cadets and service to Canad's youth. In 2002 I was the Escort Officer and took 30 male & female Air Cadets for a two week tour of the UK. In 2003 I represented Air Cadets and the League and attended the National Converenc in Bordeaux, France. I bacame a widow in 2010 when my Diane died of COPD caused by smoking. I too smoked for about 15 years but quite 40 years ago. I am not interested in being with or kissing a smoker. I have an occassional drink socially but never drink alone. I we went to a dance or a party I would probably have two drinks and then iy's diet pepsi. I am not a violent person. I can't remember ever huriing or hitting a person in my life, I am a lover not a fighter. I didn't get into sports much. I enjoy swimming, fun on the beach, and cards; Bridge, Eucher, Cribbage and Scrabble. My hobbys are keeping from Family tree current back 6 Generations and to the ties with the menonites and Germanic people that were to become the Saxons in England. My wifes go back to William the Conqueror and to the Vikings. I thimk I have been an assett over my years, helping my community and country provide a better life for everyone. I am 78 I don't do skipping rope or run for a marathon but I am mobile, my heart is good and I think I remember how to make love even the that was about 20 years ago. I have not been with a woman since my wife died in 2010. i'm like a virgin as the song goes.
