An Ideal First Date Would Be

A picnic set on a quiet part of Santa Rosa ( island/beach ) I would have the large blanket put down and put all of the dishes on top with our plates and silverware. We would have a choice depending upon what the lady would care to drink ( I would have wine - beer - sodas - Water.....the lady is served first. I would them open the still warm containers of my world famous smoke ribs (. I use a charcoal grill and when the heat is right I put broken apart garlic cloves on top of the charcoal along with Jalapeño peppers, green onions, and soaked hickory chips - all on top of the charcoal. After eating we have timed it perfectly and we all alone the shore into the west watching the sun make its last gasp of light for the day.
