I’m a retired attorney and rancher. Don’t hold the attorney part against me! Raised Registered Black Angus Cattle. Sold my cattle and horses to be closer to my daughter. I live on 20 acres that are cross fenced with a pond. I have 4 Border Collies that I used for my cattle and horses so you must love dogs. I like listening to country western music and swing dancing (although it’s been many years since I went). I love to cook so I like a man who likes to eat. I’m a homebody and enjoy sitting out on my back deck and drinking some wine and listening to music. I’m honest so what you see is what you get. I will not pretend to be someone I’m not. I’m a Christian, and a conservative Republican. If you’re a Democrat we won’t get along. I realize I have a lot of education but I put more value on someone that’s handy and has common sense. I know a lot of farmers don’t take to dogs being inside but my dogs are clean and go inside and out. If I post any pictures that’s how I look. I hardly ever wear makeup and if I can’t go somewhere in boots and jeans I don’t care to go. I’ve recently moved to my current area and would like to meet someone that would like do a little exploring with me. I’m easy going. I don’t yell and I don’t like to be around people that yell. I’m a lover not a fighter. I’ll be honest and upfront- I’ve been single for 20 years. I’ve dated off and on but haven’t seriously tried to find someone. I really would like to find someone where we are just comfortable being with each other. Sharing our days and just hanging out. Nothing fancy. I’ve traveled the world and not interested in going overseas anymore. I’m comfortable in my own skin and with who I am. I really just enjoy the simple things like sharing a meal, hanging together outside etc. I can’t drive in the dark so you’d have to be willing to meet me during the day and/or do the driving. I know men are more visual and don’t like to read too much and women like to write too much! So I’ll just end it here. P.S. if you’re not over 65 please do not reach out as I’m not interested!
