Well here goes
I'm trustworthy, honest, giving, intelligent, secure and passionate with a great (in my humble opinion) sense of humor. I am very selective, but if I choose you, I am loyal and will support you. (Even if I don't agree with you, we can always discuss it later in private.)
I tend to be a little reserved, until I get to know someone. I'm not at my best in large groups where I don't know anyone, you will need to do the heavy lifting in these environments. But I thrive around those I know, like friends and family.
I really enjoy traveling and experiencing new things. Both near and far. I like to take day trips to the coast and sit or walk by the ocean.
Two things currently on my bucket list are: taking a long weekend and driving the length of Hwy 49, stopping along the way as we like and exploring. And the other, a longer trip, would be to take the ferry from Seattle to Alaska. (Alaska Marine Ferry) A very up close and personal way to travel to Alaska. Does this sound like something you would enjoy?
I am very much into healthy living. I am purposeful about what I eat. I work out regularly and generally try to stay very fit. But I still enjoy having a glass of wine or a cocktail with others.
Although I don't have children, I do have grandchildren that make my heart sing!
I'm very old fashion and believe in being courteous to others and treating people the way I wish to be treated. I have no interest in dating men that are out of state, or in Southern California. My time is important, and I don't care to spend it alone on the freeway. I want my man to be near to me...
