Hey there all you cowboys and country gentlemen! Let me introduce myself. My name is Sherry. I grew up on a cotton and cattle farm in AL. My life has sent me in many different directions since growing up on the farm. I've lived in some big cities and found out they can be fun too. Now that I'm older, I miss the quiet and peaceful country life and long for some good ol' dirt to play in and woods to take long walks in. I used to be able to shoot straight but now need a lot of practice to get back to my former sharpshooter self. I've never gone hunting but would certainly like to start hunting. My Dad was a big quail hunter and raised German Shorthaired Pointers. So, bird hunting, as well as other forms of hunting, sounds appealing to me. Most of the time I am a homebody and very happy working in the house, yard or on the property. though not a gourmet, I am a pretty good country style cook and enjoy cooking for the special person in my life.
