Growing up I spent nearly every summer at my grandma's hereford cattle ranch in Northern California. My best memories are of those times. Now that I'm 55 I think a lot about a quieter life away from big cities. I've always lived on the West Coast, L.A., San Francisco now Seattle but I've spent quite a bit of time in New England and really love it.
