Fitness, nutrition, homesteading, and generally simple living would be top interest. I ran an urban farm for 10 years in Astoria and now have space up in Canaan, New York with a small market garden and am building out a skoolie (tiny house school bus). Very interested in spirituality, taking time off from screens, hiking, adventuring especially in the winter "off season". Still have a connection in Queens and am in and out of there.
