For all my life I dream of a self-sufficient simple life in nature. I finally managed to get a stonebuilt contryhouse with several hectares of land (pasture, agricultiral land and forest). So now I'm only looking for YOU and/or 2-3 friends who have the same dream. Please, contact me only if you are vegan, vegetarian, fruttarian or alike, if you do not smoke, and if there is no problem for you to move ASAP to where this property is situated (Central Italy). I am taking care of several animals, they suffer in our present location, so prompt moving is necessary for us. Therefore I should decide how to go on and whom to choose in case of multiple candidates, by March. However, the sooner it happens, the better! Your animals are welcome too. A car and active driving are required. I have many ideas on how to get some funding, in addition to our (hopefully) permaculture style VEG farming. I'm mainly looking for a friend, if it's HIM and turns out to be love and a relationship, great, but it's not a priority for me at all. Expats from Ukraine are welcome too. It would be a nice way how to help each other. :-) Attention, the lodging is really rustic, in a stone house that has been uninhabited for 11 years. It is up to us to fix it, and to transform it to our real new warm home. :-)
