With that being said, a little about me...I'm 40 yrs old, divorced, with no children. I work about 50 hours a week and I enjoy working out. In saying that, no I don't look like I'd appear on Sports Illustrated, however I am average but I'm always improving myself which is why I do train about 5-6 days a week. Am I some fitness guru? No I'm not..every now and then yes of course, I do indulge in the fatty stuff
