My friends describe me as kind hearted, compassionate and someone you want on your side. I have a good sense of humour and am a hard working individual who is looking for something real. I'm not interested in one night stands or game players. Life is too short for either. I can be rather outspoken at times, but do believe that honesty is the best policy. I have pets (1 dog and 1 cat) whom I do love dearly and share my life with; giving them up is not an option. I am looking for someone who is interested in getting to know me for the incredible woman that I am and who is interested in sharing what life has to offer along the way.
I enjoy a variety of music from new country to Bruce Springsteen, Bryan Adams, Adele, Yanni, Borg & Vella. My favourite opera is 'Phantom of the Opera', and no I wouldn't drag you to one unless you also enjoyed the experience. I enjoy action movies, and yes I'm a trekkie, and Avengers fan as well. Wolverine was always my favourite mutant, long before Hugh Jackman played him ! LOTR and Harry Potter, as well as Game of Thrones are a few of the books I've enjoyed both reading and then experiencing them on the big screen !!! Gee, I guess I must be a bit of a movie junkie too!!
In my spare time I enjoy relaxing with a good book or knitting while enjoying a glass of wine. In the summer, I love to go bare foot in the grass and can often be found in the garden tending the plants and weeding.
I am looking for someone who is comfortable with himself and wants to share what may come our way. A sense of humour would be appreciated as well. I would enjoy the company of someone who can not only make me smile, but who can offer a hug at the end of a hard day as I would for him as well.
